Money-Back Guarantee
If we are unable to deliver the service as described on our services page, you are entitled to a full refund. In such cases, we may offer to redo the order to meet your expectations. However, you always have the option to request a full refund instead.
Once you place an order, we immediately begin working on it by allocating payments to our team. If you change your mind during the link-building or review process, we can provide a 50% refund since work has already been initiated. In this case, you will still receive the completed service and can request revisions as needed.
Refund requests will be reviewed and approved or denied within 24 hours based on our policy. Credit card refunds will be credited back to your card within 4–10 business days. For PayPal refunds, if you paid using your PayPal balance, the refund will be instant once processed. However, if a card or bank account was used, it may take up to 5 business days or longer, depending on your bank. Refunds will always be sent to the original payment method used for the order, and we cannot process refunds to a different account.
